Hey there! My name is MarIa Harrison. I am a 29 year-old clinical dietitian currently living in California.

After 4 years of medical school, combined with a Lupus and Celiac Disease diagnosis, I started my journey using food as medicine.

I started my IG account as a hobby and it literally WENT NUTS, turning into a community of 100k followers and now established as LLC in the US

I have also studied an Undergraduate program in Harvard University focused on eating disorders.
